Portuaria led the design, manufacture and installation of a floating dock for the OASIZ Madrid commercial and leisure complex, promoted by the company Phalsbourg in Torrejón de Ardoz. Opened in December 2021, OASIZ features extensive water areas that are an essential part of the visitor experience.
The floating platform is intended for the boarding and disembarking of leisure boats, allowing users to safely access the artificial lake integrated into the complex.
The dock was designed with a pentagonal geometry that gives it a distinctive appearance and a large usable surface. The structure incorporates flotation systems sized to support high public-use loads, fully integrated into the landscape architecture of the site.
